Ten Little Niggers
London: Collins, Published for the Crime Club, 1939. First Edition. Very Good. Item #09866
12mo, 252 pages; prized for their rarity, Collins bound a small percentage of the first printings for private collectors. The Collins "Ex Libris" edition was published in various colored cloth bindings and may be identified by the circular ex libris logo on the front board - these first editions are specifically for private collectors, and not a former public library book. The present example is bound in grey cloth, printed in black. Internally clean and bright, neat owner name on ffep, light soiling to front and rear boards; rear end paper with a fold. Altogether a very good straight copy. No dust jacket.
Price: $1,500.00
