On front wraps of parts 1 through 21 is printed "To be completed in about 24 fortnightly parts." On front wraps of parts 22 through 26 is printed "To be concluded in twenty-six parts." Part 26 contains the final pages of chapter XCVIII, the last chapter of the work, as well as the errata, about 40 pages of appendices, an index and various graphs referred to in the previous parts. Internally clean and bright, with no markings of any kind. A lovely set, handsomely presented in a pair of custom blue quarter-leather slipcases.
