Part Three, "A Constructive Approach" contains documents presented to the Conference of the Deputies of the Foreign Ministers, London, January and February, 1948. Part Four, "On The Record" contains the Message by President Roosevelt and declarations by Winston S. Churchill and Molotov, and notes of others. A most important post-war document concerning the partitioning of Poland, economic and military issues, and much more. Internally clean and bright, with no markings of any kind. Front wrap with owner name, a closed tear and fold and short ink mark. A very good copy, now scarce on the market.
